Based in central London with easy access to a local tube station; this would be the ideal role for someone who is looking to develop their IT career. The client offers a generous annual leave entitlement along with a selection of other exciting company benefits. Hybrid working is also available.

You will be part of a growing service desk team in an enthusiastic environment supporting the charitable values that are central to this client’s ethos.

Additionally, you will be required to work weekends on a rota with your service desk colleagues which will provide an excellent opportunity for overtime and days in lieu.

My client is looking for someone with some 1stline experience, triage and diagnostic ability, some understanding of networks and hardware set ups.

You must be familiar with:

  • Windows 10

  • Office 365

  • Active directory

  • SharePoint

Epos and/or Azure experience could be an advantage.
