Internal Recruiter / In-House recruitment

Our client is an exceptional Kent based technology company  - award winning and judged to be the most successful IT company based in the area  - with a highly successful and professional team of technical and back office staff.   

As well as its spacious Kent based headquarters, there are offices in London, Dublin New York and Hong Kong.  The team is hardworking, dynamic and focused on delivering the very best IT consultancy and support services possible.  To keep pace with this growth and expansion, the business needs to keep recruiting the very best staff and is looking for a dedicated recruiter to join the HR team as an internal recruitment specialist. 

This role call for innovation and creativity as you will be responsible for recruiting across all lines of service: IT, finance, sales, procurement, marketing etc.  This is a true full cycle role and is a superb and unique opportunity to manage the recruitment process end to end.

You will already have experience as either an internal or agency recruiter and experience of technical recruiting is preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Be fully accountable for recruitment process,
  • Ensure recruitment process is focused on the latest recruitment techniques, is robust and fit for purpose.
  • Use creative ways to find and attract talent
  • Liaise regularly with hiring managers to understand the role and find relevant talent
  • Maintain a pipeline for regular roles
  • Conduct 1st phone interview to qualify candidates and assist with interviews to offer
  • Effective use of job boards – Boolean searches and impactful adverts

In line with current government Covid-19 restrictions, the role is home based initially and will return to alternate weeks in the office in due course.
