Taking a huge amount of pride in the high levels of strategic engagement with its customers, my client offers technical expertise to its clients, operating its own cloud infrastructure and communications network

Field Engineers / Project Engineers work closely with the deployment teams and senior technical staff to assist with delivery of technical solutions for customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with delivery of IT projects in a timely manner, meeting agreed timescales

• Working closely with other technical teams

• Attend customer sites – often as the preferred engineer

• Provide end user, post implementation training where required

• Professional approach showing empathy and understanding for the customer

• Deliver highly technical solutions across a wide spectrum of environments - new / upgrade of existing IT infrastructure, such as installation, migration and troubleshooting for solutions including server infrastructures, network infrastructure, cloud and telephony platforms.

• Deliver IT projects in a timely manner, meeting agreed timescales

• Provide project planning, design and delivery of our strategic solutions

• Attend client meetings as a technical advisor

Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience of Active Directory / Windows Servers / Exchange / 365 / Azure / virtualisation / networking

• Experience of project delivery / migrations

• Experience of an MSP environment
