WFH + Occasional office visits

My client is a rapidly expanding and award winning retail technology business looking for an IT Support professional with a solid 2nd line desktop support skills for this work-from-home-role, although there will be occasional travel to the Northamptonshire based offices, with all travel expenses being paid.

You will be an experienced support analyst – with a background in resolving 2nd line support issues – and will be capable of working remotely to analyse problems and achieve resolution, whilst keeping the customer’s needs to the fore.

If you have the following skills and experience, we have a brand new opportunity for you.  We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem solving but also loves helping people and building strong and productive relationships with colleagues & end users

 Required skills/experience:

  • 2nd line technical skills

  • Technical experience to support Windows, Microsoft 365 & Active Directory

  • Previous experience of using a ticket system (Eg., Jira)

  • An awareness of Wintel & networks would be an advantage

  • MCA or similar technical qualification

  • ITIL knowledge

  • Excellent and consistent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage own workload and time

  • Energetic, punctual, proactive, and reliable

  • Good communicator, verbally and written

  • Flexible in attitude and aptitude
