URGENT Contract requirement - Working from home (Anywhere in the UK)
 

I am looking for an experienced Support Analyst with an excellent array of technical knowledge and first-class interpersonal skills to work from home (anywhere in the UK) and provide remote guidance and assistance to a London-based client whose staff are now all home-based.

Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills are essential along with previous experience in supporting a professional services corporate environment.

Experience of supporting the following technologies:

Office 365 Suite
Windows 10 Operating Systems
Microsoft Surface Pro hardware
Active Directory
Remote Desktop Services
Skype Telephony
Smartphone mobile devices

Any experience of MMD (Microsoft Managed Desktop) or Azure AD would also be beneficial.

Key Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills with a good telephone manner is essential.
  • Proven technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to effectively prioritise and perform work responsibilities in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Experience in using an IT service management tool in a Service Desk environment
